The University of the 3rd Age (U3A)
Wallingford U3A, along with other U3As, sets out to provide stimulating activities for those who are retired form full time employment. We are the original U3A in Wallingford formed 25 years ago, in fact some of our founders are still members today.
Over the years we have developed into a group of various ages and interests .
A special welcome awaitsnew membe rs to join our varied interesr groups.
Their are also outings to places and events of interest. We have 15 interest groups, both large and small, covering the following topics: - Ancient Civilisations

- Two Music Groups

- Walks
- Village and Pub Strolls
Meetings are held in Crowmarsh Village Hall on the 1st Wednesday of every month at 2.00pm. We regularly have guest speakers giving talks on a variety of interesting topics. Currently we have 135 members from Wallingford and the surrounding villages. The annual membership is £12 and this includes the Wednesday talks with tea and biscuits. We offer a big welcome to all those who would like to join us.
